Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use it to keep the site secure and working properly.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use the following third-party services, which may set cookies or similar technologies on your device:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most popular) so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Google reCAPTCHA — to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google AdSense — to show advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then not work as intended.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business (such as hosting, email and the Google services above), or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
